The estimated time for international shipping is 7-21days.

Standard Shipping- $5 USD

Express - $10 USD

Free shipping for orders over $50 USD

Local deliveries will go out on Thursdays

Delivery fee - $5 BDS

Free delivery for orders over $50 BDS

If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact claybytwain@gmail.com.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All pieces are non-refundable.

 Due to the handmade nature of the pieces, we do not accept returns.

If something were to happen to your pieces during transit you must contact us within 5 working days after receiving your pick-up confirmation email and we will generate a return label for you to return the damaged goods.

We will then send out a replacement pair ASAP.
